Brianna (Breeze) Davis,
Simpsonville, South Carolina, SOUTH... the 2008 World Series
Champions. I am to be a freshman this year at Mauldin High
School, Mauldin, South Carolina. I made the Mauldin High School
varsity team as an eight grader, hitting the 3rd best batting
average. As for the team we are still together playing travel
ball (except for Carley Hoover, Carson O'Donald, and Erin
Errington) around the south in various tournaments.
Ever since the championship we have
met ex president George W. Bush, a huge welcome home at our home
field, Heritage Park, had our own day in the city of
Simpsonville, been in our own parade, received world series
rings, been on many local television shows, and the field that
we played our district and state tournaments on was named "The
2008 Little League World Series Champions Field." I can say my
days at Alpenrose have been the best days of my life!
